Sage Timberline Office
Accounting Workflow - Fundamentals for new users or experienced users looking for more step by step training on daily setup and basic workflow for GL/Cash Mgmt (day1), Job Cost (day2), AP (day 3), & Payroll (day 4). Classes are scheduled Monday through Thursday.
Accounts Receivable / Contracts Workflow - This is the foundational class for the Revenue applications, and will take you through the operational workflow. Learn how Accounts Receivable can be used with or without the Billing module to manage all customer activity. Learn how to set up and use Contracts and much more..
Billing Setup & Workflow - Taught back to back with the AR class, in this class we will teach you how to create invoices based on costs or set contract prices, use Quick Bill, apply mark-ups, rate tables , add-ons, print invoices and much more..
Desktop Overview - Learn to configure a digital dashboard linking you to all of the information and functionality needed to efficiently handle you and your employee's unique responsibilities in a single location. Review mission critical information and initiate tasks in the software based on your role in the organization. Online Training is scheduled when requested for this 1 hour session.
ODBC Interface - Set up a "live link" that will bring your data into Excel and allow you to "refresh" your spreadsheet from current job files. You will also cover exporting your customer/vendor files into Word for labels, letters, etc.
Project Management - Project Managers can now manage jobs from the start of the bidding process through completion. This class will cover the details of managing; subcontracts, purchase orders, change orders, submittals, transmittals, and RFI's.
Property Management Workflow - Learn to generate recurring charges, enter cash receipts, apply credits, adjust charges / credits, manage leases (creating, activating, changing, transferring, terminating). This class discusses the interaction of the Property Management module with the other accounting modules in Timberline. Property Management usually will replace the Job Cost class in the Accounting Workflow series.
Purchasing & Inventory - This two-day class covers setup and workflow for the purchasing and inventory modules (one day for each module)..
Report Designer Beginner - Covers custom reports, data structure and creating/modifying reports using the Report Designer module..
Report Designer Advanced - Sophisticated custom report design using Sage Timberline Office Report Designer module. Students will create complex reports, incorporating formulas as well as ODBC fundamentals.
Residential Management - All new for Version 9.4 , this is the fundamental course that teaches you how to setup and operate Timberline's Residential Management module.
Service Management Setup & Workflow - This two-day class covers setup and workflow for the Sage Timberline Office Service Management core module
STO Year End - Covers year-end reporting and closing procedures for AP, GL, JC and Payroll. A great way to get some help for year-end, establish year-end procedures and to ensure software efficiencies for your company. Half day class.
Sage Timberline Estimating
Estimating Fundamentals is part 1 of the 2 part Estimating Foundation Series. In this one day course, you'll learn how to create professional estimates that show accurate quantities and the most up-to-date pricing information.
This course applies to both Sage Timberline Office and Sage Master Builder end-users who own either the Standard or Extended versions of Sage Estimating. This course is designed for persons who need to learn how to use Sage Estimating to create Estimates and take-off items.

Estimating Database Fundamentals is part 2 of the Estimating Foundation Series. In this one day course, you'll learn how to build, update and maintain your Estimating database. Whether you are building a Database from scratch , or you already own a database but want to enhance it, this course helps you get the most out of your Sage Estimating software.
