Sage ERP Accpac Helpdesk Support Analyst

Full time Sage Accpac ERP Helpdesk support analyst. Takes calls directly from Strategies Group Clients needing assistance with Sage Accpac ERP and to lesser extent Sage CRM application software. Works remotely with Clients to provide friendly, helpful, excellent Customer Service, superior diagnostic troubleshooting, problem resolution and consulting/training to end users, managers and executives at Client organizations. Escalates issues to Senior Consultants and/or software publisher support organizations and manages issue resolution to exceed Client expectations. Team player with absolute obsession for superior customer service and tenacity to make it happen. Must be able to work with little supervision and from home office if not located in the Atlanta Metro area.   Strategies Group, Inc. – Greater Atlanta Area

Desired Skills & Experience

Able to work effectively in a Virtual Office environment
Self starter requiring little supervision
Works well with Teams and Individually
US Citizen speaking English as first language. Spanish speakers are a plus.
3+ years recent Consulting Experience with Sage Accpac ERP
Sage Accpac ERP Certified Consultant
2+ years using or supporting Sage CRM
2+ years recent experience providing remote helpdesk support via phone/Internet remote desktop sharing environment.
Working knowledge of 3rd Party applications designed to work with Sage Accpac including MISys, AccuDart Accelos, Orchid, TureCommerce EDI, Doculink, Norming, et al are a plus.

Location can be anywhere is the Continental US but those within easy driving distance of Atlanta, GA or Portland, OR will receive preference
