Brandon Drake is a seasoned operations and project management professional whose career spans over two decades of leading cross-functional teams and driving successful outcomes across industries. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Technology Management from DeVry University and has since built a reputation for delivering excellence in ERP implementations, product development, and operational leadership.

Brandon’s leadership journey began in the U.S. Army’s 173rd Airborne, where he gained many hard and soft skills and that foundation of discipline and teamwork continues to shape his approach to business today.

Brandon’s passion lies in empowering teams to work smarter and more collaboratively. Whether managing large-scale ERP rollouts or streamlining manufacturing processes, he brings clarity, structure, and momentum to every initiative. His ability to connect the dots between strategy and execution has made him a trusted consultant and leader—one who consistently delivers value to clients and stakeholders alike.

Outside of work, Brandon is an avid golfer and semi-professional drummer who enjoys cooking, DIY projects, and the outdoors. He’s a proud Tennessean, a devoted husband, and a father who finds joy in building—whether it’s systems, teams, or something tangible in the garage.
