Josh McLaughlin

Josh earned a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from Malone University. While enrolled, Josh was a valued member of their collegiate football program, a captain and four year starter. Shortly following graduation, he decided to relocate to Los Angeles for adventure and opportunity. He managed customer and technical support at a consumer electronics startup until transitioning into application support for a tax/accounting firm. After returning to his home state of Ohio days before the Covid lockdown, Josh began his journey with Acumatica. He was brought into the Acumatica Product Support team as a Support Specialist. Josh spent the last four years resolving an array of complex issues throughout the Acumatica space before joining the Strategies Group team. Outside of work, you can find him with his American Eskimo, Ghost. Finding sunlight, somewhere. Otherwise, find him reading, cooking, playing piano, exercising or consuming bingeable television.
