Meet The Strategies Group Team

Randy Collins

Randy received his Bachelor’s degree from Furman University and his Master of Business Administration from Georgia State University. He and his wife Allison have been married for 34 years and are blessed with seven incredible children, two beautiful granddaughters and two pampered, slightly psychotic dogs. When not working with our team or our clients, Randy enjoys spending time at the family coffee shop, watching Auburn football, Atlanta United soccer and any excuse for a family get together.

Scott Calhoon

Chief Technology Officer
Scott spends most of his time working closely with clients designing and implementing their ERP and CRM software systems. Scott’s overall pursuit is to add value to organizations, blending pure analytics with a form of “Business Artistry” to assist clients in capturing the essence and inherent intellectual property of their respective organizations.

Rebekah Helton

Vice President of ERP Solutions
Rebekah has over 25 years of experience designing, implementing, and supporting ERP systems. Her sense of humor has served her well in working in the areas of accounting, operations, and IT. While away from work, Rebekah enjoys enthusiastically supporting the Portland Timbers.

Daniel Collins

Vice President of Construction Solutions
Daniel attended school at Beloit College in Wisconsin where he received a Bachelor's degree. He enjoys being able to provide value to clients by providing scalable solutions and effective automation to commonly found issues. Daniel loves spending time with his wife, daughters, and German Shepherd when he is not at work.

Lisa Conrad

Lisa Conrad started her career in the accounting world, but was intrigued by finding technological means to improve efficiency and gathering data for analysis, so she furthered her education in the technology field. She is a big Portland Trailblazer fan and loves to attend games with her son.

Ron Smith

Principal – Emeritus
Ron grew up in South Alabama where he spent summers working in construction. For the past 30 years, he has specialized in providing solutions to the construction industry. His passions are his family and African missions.


Amber Sanchez

Solutions Consultant
Amber graduated with a Bachelor's degree from Mercer University. She also holds an MBA in Accounting from Keller Graduate School of Management. Amber enjoys challenges and loves to learn new things. In her downtime, she enjoys spending time with her dog, family and friends, and loves everything technology related.

Chris Carr

Senior Project Manager
Chris graduated with a Bachelor's degree from the University of North Georgia in 2015. As a Project Coordinator, he spends most of his time working directly with our consultants and clients to ensure we are adding value through our implementations and ongoing support. Chris has been married to his lovely wife since 2016, loves to play soccer, and is an avid Atlanta United FC Fan.

Marisa Henderson

Solutions Consultant
Marisa comes to Strategies Group from the Construction Industry as an experienced Project Accountant. Originally from Los Angeles, California, Marisa spent five years in the U.S. Navy serving at home and abroad before settling down in Georgia. As a certified Personal Trainer, Marisa absolutely LOVES working out and has recently discovered a new passion for boxing!

Kami Armes

Solutions Consultant
With a career background steeped in Finance and Business ERP solutions, Kami has assisted clients in implementations, installation/upgrades, system selection, consulting, training, eCommerce, and troubleshooting. A native Atlantan, Kami enjoys relaxing with her lovable black lab and football Saturdays!

John Boren

Solutions Consultant
John graduated from Georgia College & State University with a Bachelor’s in Accounting in 2013. Since he graduated he has worked in accounting and finance including teaching accounting to high school students. He has been married to his wife Jordan for five years and they have two kids together. John is an avid gearhead who enjoys a good board game or card game in his spare time.

Pat Chappell

Sr. Enterprise Sales Representative
Since graduating from Clemson University in 1975, Pat has focused on helping architects, engineers, developers, and construction companies select and implement estimating, project/equipment/service management and financial accounting solutions. When not working, Pat and his wife Margaret spend time traveling, visiting their 4 children, 5 grandchildren, and he wastes any spare time trying to lower his (golf) handicap.

John Pezzino

Sr. Enterprise Sales Representative
John has worked with Strategies Group clients for over 15 years, providing business solutions to a wide variety of clients and industries, including Manufacturing, Distribution, and Service Companies. John attended Auburn University, but maintains his affinity for his hometown Miami Hurricanes, and adopted Atlanta sports teams.

Megan Elwood

Business Development Manager
Megan graduated from and played softball at LeGrange College in Georgia. She has spent many years in economic development where she facilitated relationships between businesses. Megan and her husband, Hank, have a lovely cat named Magnolia. When not at work you can find her hiking, fishing, kayaking, or at a brewery!

Salina Patel

Marketing Manager
Salina attended school at the University of Georgia in Athens, GA where she received a Bachelor's degree. She focuses on our digital and in-person marketing. Her creative yet logical mind makes her the perfect addition to our team. Outside of the office, Salina loves cooking, craft beer, comedy, travel, and Georgia football.
