President
Daniel attended school at Beloit College in Wisconsin where he received a Bachelor's degree. He enjoys being able to provide value to clients by providing scalable solutions and effective automation to commonly found issues. In his free time, Daniel loves spending time with his wife, 3 children, and German Shepherd.
Chris Carr
Chief Operations Officer
Chris attended the University of North Georgia where he received a BBA. He is passionate about ensuring our team operates in the best way possible for our team members to be the best versions of themselves, and, in turn, provide the best results and value for our clients. When not working with our team, He loves spending time with his lovely wife and two daughters.
Randy Collins
Chief FINANCIAL Officer
Randy received his Bachelor’s degree from Furman University and his Master of Business Administration from Georgia State University. He and his wife Allison have been married for 37 years and are blessed with seven incredible children, four beautiful grandkids, and a very pampered chocolate lab. When not working with our team or our clients, Randy enjoys spending time at the family coffee shop (Break Coffee), watching Auburn football, Atlanta Braves baseball and Atlanta United soccer.
Lanette Swistock
Accounting Manager
Lanette holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Georgia State University. With a diverse background, she brings public accounting expertise with a customer-focused approach to Strategies Group. When she's not working, Lanette loves to volunteer, organize everything she can get her hands on, and cook new recipes for family and friends.

Consulting Services Manager
Aaron holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from Minnesota State University, Mankato, where he honed his analytical and problem-solving skills which have since become invaluable assets in his career. Currently serving as our Consulting Manager, Aaron plays a pivotal role in overseeing a dynamic team of consultants, working to ensure the highest levels of client satisfaction. Outside the office, Aaron is a loving husband and a proud father of two wonderful children. His adventurous spirit comes to life during weekends and vacations, as he explores the great outdoors through hiking and biking trails. Aaron's love for travel takes him to new destinations, providing him with fresh perspectives that enrich both his personal and professional life.
Rebekah Helton
Senior Solution Consultant
Rebekah has over 25 years of experience designing, implementing, and supporting various ERP. Her sense of humor has served her well in working in the areas of accounting, operations, and IT. While away from work, Rebekah is an avid sports fan and enjoys enthusiastically supporting the Portland Timbers and Oregon Ducks.
Melissa Blassingame
Senior Solution Consultant
Melissa graduated in 2004 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Florida Metropolitan University. She is a 4-time Acumatica MVP and has been implementing Acumatica for 8 years. She was a controller of a software company for 13 years and worked her way up from AP/AR clerk to Project Account to Controller. She currently lives on Merritt Island in Florida. Her hobbies are crafts, walking on the beach, and playing board games. She is married (married in 1997) and has 6 children, 15 grandchildren, and 6 great-grandchildren.
Justin Bodus
Senior Solution Consultant
Justin graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management from the University of Wisconsin Stout. Justin brings over 10 years of commercial construction experience. During that time, he has helped build business applications and optimize workflows including customized end-to-end ERP solutions. In his spare time, he likes to tinker with the newest gadgets. On the weekends Justin enjoys cooking gourmet meals for his wife and son.
Anacarina Calvo
Senior Solution Consultant
Anacarina graduated with an engineering degree in Computer Science from Simón Bolivar University. With more than 10 years of experience in Acumatica ERP, she started working with the company that developed Acumatica's Field Services - as a Sales Engineer and leader in implementation and QA Testing. She then started working with Acumatica as a Product Manager and later, as a Product Success Manager in Field Service. She currently lives in Madrid with her husband, their baby daughter and Micky, their Schnauzer dog. When she is not working, Anacarina enjoys traveling, singing and making crochet.
Alex Sullivan
Senior Solution Consultant
Alex graduated with a BBA from James Madison University. He has been a dedicated Acumatica consultant since 2016 working to help clients gain efficiencies & improve internal processes across the Acumatica modules. Alex lives in Washington DC where he enjoys visiting museums, seeing shows, & playing with his 2 cats.

Jason Graduated with a Bachelor’s degree from High Point University in 2017. His first introduction to Acumatica was in 2019. He enjoys working/collaborating with clients and solving their unique business needs. In his free time, Jason enjoys tinkering with cars, computers, 3d printers, and going for runs on trails around Washington DC.

Gwen is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Asheville with a bachelor's in Financial Accounting. She has spent her 30+ year accounting career in not only Fortune 500 companies but also small to mid-size companies. When not working, Gwen enjoys playing with her dog, Izzy, and working in her arts and craft room.
Barbara Jeter
Solution Consultant
Barbara graduated with a Master of Business Administration concentrated in Information Management from the University of Central Arkansas in August 2020. She has 16+ years of experience in accounting and business management in healthcare and manufacturing working with numerous ERP software systems. Barbara currently lives in Fort Myers, Florida. She has been married for twenty-five years and has three sons and two fur babies. If she is not enjoying time with family or friends, she is out bike riding or scootering with her husband.
Shannon Landreth
Senior Solution Consultant
Shannon is an experienced professional with over 23 years of implementing ERP systems. Certified in various ERP systems, She has developed a particular fondness for Acumatica, which has been her focus since 2017. Outside of work, Shannon values quality time spent with her husband, daughter, and playful puppy and is eagerly anticipating the arrival of her grandson. She indulges in creative pursuits using her trusty Cricut machine. Shannon finds solace in crocheting, weaving beautiful patterns and designs with every stitch. While some might consider yard work a chore, Shannon sees it as an enjoyable task, taking pride in maintaining her garden and even embracing the responsibility of mowing the lawn.

Mark is a seasoned professional with more than 20 years of expertise in designing, implementing, and supporting ERP systems. Mark's extensive experience enables him to create tailored solutions that enhance business operations and drive business process optimization, with a specific focus on implementing Acumatica. Beyond his professional accomplishments, Mark embraces an adventurous spirit that extends beyond the workplace and finds great joy in exploring new destinations and embarking on thrilling adventures. Drew graduated with his Bachelor’s degree from McKendree University in 2019. He is currently working towards his Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Purdue University – Fort Wayne. As a Support Specialist, Drew works with customers to resolve any support issues they may encounter within Acumatica. In his free time, Drew enjoys time with his family, cheering on the Boston RedSox and competing in Crossfit.
Katerina Bent
Customer Success Manager
Katerina graduated from Ben-Gurion University in Israel with MBA and BSc in Biology. Katerina’s main responsibilities are to make sure that customers are getting the most value out of Acumatica products and to keep customers as content as possible. Katerina and her husband have three human cubs and two kittens. She loves traveling, dancing, playing tennis, reading, and spending quality time with friends and family. The most important thing for her is to stay curious and dynamic!
Charles Palmer

Charles served in the Air Force for 10 years as a Linguist including 4 deployments to Afghanistan and overseas locations. He was honored to lead a special operations tactical ISR team for the joint task force. When his daughter was born, he realized he had a new mission and must transition to a safer profession. Charles is a true geek and loves tinkering with technology. In his spare time, he enjoys Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, archery, baking/cooking, chess, gardening, reading, woodworking, playing guitar, rock climbing, and SCUBA.
Tiffany Shinn

Tiffany Shinn is a tech veteran with 9 years of industry expertise. She began on a commercial real estate tech help desk, mastering the art of solving intricate problems. Tiffany ushered in the first Android phones to hit the market for US Cellular. Off duty, Tiffany treasures moments with her partner, stepson, two dogs, and two cats, often exploring nature and hunting for arrowheads. Beyond tech, her passions span culinary arts, embroidery, and visual creativity. An eternal learner, Tiffany constantly delves into documentaries and books.
Brandon Pugh
Support Specialist
Brandon is currently a senior at Auburn University, studying Software Engineering (War Eagle), and is on track to graduate in the Spring of 2024. Due to his background in software, he loves the problem-solving and troubleshooting process, which directly translates into his passion for being a support specialist. Brandon lives in Duluth, Georgia, with his only child, his dog Eli. In his free time, he likes to tinker with technology and cheer on the Auburn football team while they struggle to win every season!

Joe graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Stout receiving a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. Having used Acumatica since 2020, Joe loves problem-solving and helping customers reach their fullest potential. He lives in Northwest Wisconsin with his wife (Kennedy) and their Golden Retriever (Miller). Outside of work you can find Joe busy remodeling their 1940s farmhouse, working out, reading, hunting, or playing baseball.

Salina attended the University of Georgia, where she honed her skills and developed a passion for marketing and technology. Since 2019, Salina has been an integral part of the team at Strategies Group, where she currently manages the marketing department. In this role, Salina is responsible for a wide range of activities, including event coordination, digital marketing, and technology partnerships. Her expertise and dedication have helped to drive growth and success for the company. When she's not working, Salina can be found indulging in her love for movies and learning new board games. She is also a passionate traveler, home cook, and Georgia Bulldogs fan.
Megan Elwood
Business Development Manager
Megan is a driven professional with a passion for community development and a love for the great outdoors. Currently, Megan is a valued member of the team at Strategies Group, where she has been helping to drive growth for the past three years. Prior to this, Megan worked with Partnership Gwinnett, a business and economic development initiative focused on expanding jobs and investments in the State of Georgia. When she's not working, Megan is an avid beer connoisseur and can often be found hiking, kayaking, fly fishing, and shopping. Megan is happily married to her husband Hank, and together they have a daughter, Lindler, and a dog, Harper.

Her passion for delivering top-notch results has earned her a reputation for excellence in the industry. When Nancy is not busy with work, she enjoys pursuing her hobbies, which include flipping real estate, traveling, hiking, and cycling.
Pat Chappell

Since graduating from Clemson University in 1975, Pat has focused on helping architects, engineers, and construction companies select and implement estimating, project/service management and financial accounting solutions. When not working, Pat and his wife, Margaret, spend time traveling and visiting their 4 children, 6 grandchildren. When he can slip away, he wastes any spare time trying to lower his (golf) handicap.

Shannon is a seasoned expert in Construction ERP and Project Management solutions with over 26 years of experience in the industry. Currently residing on the beautiful beaches of North Carolina with his wife, Shannon has worked with over 1000 companies to guide them through the software selection process. Throughout his career, Shannon has gained extensive knowledge of a variety of software solutions including Acumatica, Sage, Viewpoint, Procore, Deltek, and more. When he's not working, Shannon enjoys spending time on the water, boating, fishing, and soaking up the sunshine. He also has a passion for golf and can often be found on the greens perfecting his swing.

In her free time, Erika enjoys her role as the President of La Societa Italiana, traveling, and being a self-proclaimed foodie.
