Janella is a Certified Acumatica Consultant with a focus on the Finance and Construction Editions of Acumatica ERP. With over 20 years of experience in the Real Estate and Construction industries, she brings deep knowledge of accounting, financial management, and operations to every implementation. Before making the leap into ERP consulting, Janella held leadership roles such as Managing Accountant and Financial Controller, and earned her Bachelor of Accounting Studies from Miami Dade College.

Her transition into ERP was a natural one—combining her knack for numbers with a passion for solving business challenges. Today, she helps companies streamline processes, gain visibility, and get the most out of their Acumatica investment.

Outside the office, Janella is all about balance—whether it’s hiking a trail, getting her hands dirty with a home improvement project, or training in martial arts. She’s a proud DIYer, avid gardener, and has practiced Muay Thai, Krav Maga, and Kempo. When she’s not optimizing systems, she’s likely building something, planting something, or kicking something (in a dojo, of course).
