Paula has built her 20+ year career in the grass root industries of the Midwest, including agriculture, construction, real estate, trucking, retail, manufacturing, and distribution. Known for being detail-oriented and a well-organized team player, Paula has a deep knowledge of tax, GAAP. and auditing standards. She has many years of experience with system implementations, report writing (budgeting, forecasting, financials, KPIs), payroll, project accounting, M&A, job costing, inventory management, risk assessment, treasury, and complex finance agreements. 

Paula has managed IT, HR, and accounting teams as well as demonstrated expertise at account reconciliations, 1099s, depreciation, payroll compliance, AP, and AR.

Paula received her B.A. from Augustana College in Accounting and Business Administration / Communications.  Away from work, Paula enjoys attending her kids’ sports events and extracurricular activities, gardening, cooking, and spending time with family.
