Jenna is a graduate of Florida International University, holding a bachelor’s degree in Business and Marketing, and is a certified Project Manager. During her time at FIU, she led an annual project for a prominent tourist publication focused on the island of Saint Lucia, which launched each year in the UK ahead of the tourism season.

She then began her career in account management within the records and information management industry, where she spent over a decade supporting clients in the healthcare, government, and education sectors across South Florida. Her work focused on helping organizations use a Sass-based inventory control system to manage offsite commercial records and maintain long-term client relationships.

Jenna has since transitioned into the ERP space, where she now serves as a Client Success Manager. Her strengths in relationship building, strategic communication, and client engagement have consistently contributed to her success throughout her career.

Outside of work, Jenna is a foodie who enjoys both cooking and exploring restaurants that reflect the diverse cultures of South Florida. She is a lover of music from a range of genres. She also enjoys traveling, the gym, a good beach day, visiting farmer’s markets on the occasional weekend and spending quality time with her family and friends.
