Joel brings a unique blend of educational expertise and business acumen to his role at Strategies Group, with a background that spans education, manufacturing, and distribution. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Abilene Christian University and later completed a Master’s in Educational Leadership from Texas Christian University, equipping him with a solid foundation in both scientific inquiry and leadership.

Known for his versatility and dedication, Joel is passionate about helping clients understand and navigate the complexities of their industries, drawing on his teaching experience to make complex concepts accessible. Outside of work, Joel is a devoted husband and father of two who loves spending time outdoors, where you’ll often find him hiking, camping, or enjoying other activities that let him connect with nature.
