HEAD OF SALES & MARKETING

Ellen serves as Head of Sales & Marketing at Strategies Group, where she leads the company’s growth strategy, revenue engine, and market positioning within the construction technology ecosystem. With a career spanning enterprise applications, ERP transformation, and operational leadership, she brings both technical depth and executive perspective to every engagement.

Ellen began her career in enterprise software development and HCM leadership roles at Jacobs, Pike Corporation, and Signal Energy, where she led cross-functional teams responsible for integrations, cloud migrations, and large-scale system implementations. In 2021, she experienced Procore and Acumatica firsthand as a construction firm client – an inflection point that shaped her conviction that technology only delivers value when paired with disciplined implementation and aligned teams.

At Strategies Group, Ellen oversees go-to-market strategy, strategic partnerships, and the full sales lifecycle – ensuring a seamless bridge between sales, marketing, and delivery. She is passionate about helping mid-market construction companies modernize operations, increase visibility, and scale with confidence.

Outside of work, Ellen enjoys time on the golf course and cheering on her children at gymnastics meets and sporting events. She believes the strongest organizations – and families – are built with clarity, resilience, and purpose.
