For years, the vertically integrated business ran on stacks of paper and as many as 15 disconnected software systems, leaving executives with little visibility beyond a week out and field teams buried in manual work. We've had a whole bunch of growth in the last 10 years and I feel like Acumatica has been a huge part of that growth. Our data is so much better than ever has been and so our ability to be able to see everything in one place. Almost everything is about a 30 minute generic inquiry away. The ability for me, even though I'm not a programmer, to build that and then be able to present it has been a really really big win. We built custom forms inside of Acumatica and it's been one of the biggest wins for us as a company just because it simplifies such a messy part of business. With Acumatica we're able to put a level of branding on our documents that we haven't been able to previously that's been one of the really big home runs for the brand side of Midstates with Acumatica. So we've done most of our customization with our strategies group. Strategies on the customer support side has been really responsive they understand that if there's a problem that I really needs solved they're going to figure it out and pretty quickly.

IOC is a textbook company that outgrew their old technology. You have data but you can't use it. It's old data - you can't make good decisions on old data. Construction is a messy, messy industry. It's complicated - there's a lot of moving parts. Acumatica has done a really good job of simplifying that data in a clear way for us to be able to make decisions off of it. Now, in Acumatica, you invoice at once, the costs go where they go, the revenue goes where it goes. The intercompany transactions happened in the background without having to do anything. It gave us a lot more visibility into how each company was performing on each of the projects. After Acumatica, I felt like we had a centralized place for all of our information and it made it effortlessly locatable.
