FINANCE & ADMINISTRATION TEAM

Jim is our chief financial officer, with more than three decades of finance experience and over 20 years serving as a Chief Financial Officer and brings a combination of strategic insight and operational execution to every engagement. Jim holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and an MBA in Accounting and Strategic Management. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA).

Throughout his career, Jim has built and led high-performing teams across finance, accounting, human resources, and sales functions. He is known for implementing scalable financial systems, driving disciplined cash flow management, and translating complex data into clear, actionable strategy for leadership teams and stakeholders.

Jim and his wife have been married for 36 years and have three children.  When not at work, he will usually be found working in his shop on one of his six vintage cars or working on in the yard.
