Acumatica Rapid Implementations

LIVE ON ACUMATICA IN AS LITTLE AS 12 WEEKS

Our Process

Rapid Acumatica Launch

An immersive, guided implementation model built around daily 15-30-minute standups, structured training and assignments, AI-driven discovery, and automated configuration, validation, and deployment.

Your team drives each week and a senior consultant reviews every decision. Built for construction companies who are ready to move now.

Rapid Implementation

SAME ERP. A VERY DIFFERENT CLOCK SPEED.

A guided, agent-assisted Acumatica implementation for a good-fit greenfield client: the client works through an agent-assisted intake and build, a consultant reviews and signs off, and the whole thing runs on a daily 15-minute meeting.

Rapid Implementation

RECOMMENDED FOR QUALIFIED FITS
  • Agent-led discovery, reviewed by a human
  • Standard, out-of-the-box configuration *agents do the heavy lifting
  • Greenfield build: minimal to no legacy data migration required
  • 15-minute daily scrum
  • Fixed, pre-defined scoped go-live

Standard Implementation

SCOPED TO FIT
  • Traditional workshop-led discovery and design
  • Custom configuration and reporting in scope
  • Supports legacy data migration and complex history
  • Timeline and cost scoped to your specific requirements

WHAT MAKES IT POSSIBLE

SPEED COMES FROM WHAT WE DON'T DO.

HOW IT WORKS:
  • You work through agent-assisted discovery, intake, and configuration.
  • A consultant review team reviews, monitors, and signs off before the client sees it.
  • Standard out-of-the-box configuration mapped to best practices
  • Points of Contact (pre-approved in the scope of work) are validated in a pilot environment and gate the move to training

TIMELINE:

  • Week 1: Kickoff & alignment: portal access, data stack, daily meeting begins, training enrollment.
  • Weeks 2-3: Deep Discovery: General setting, core finance, construction, field service, and payroll
  • Weeks 4-6: Build: agent-assisted configuration into production, copy to pilot, POCs verified
  • Week 7: User-assisted training and Conference Room Pilot
  • Week 8: Go Live

HOW THE WEEKS BREAK DOWN

ONE SCHEDULE, ALIGNED TO THE 4DS.

Four phases, six steps, one continuous training track

The four Ds frame the whole rapid implementation. The six steps live inside them, and training runs the entire way, phase by phase, ending in a go-live readiness check

Discover, Design, Deploy, Deliver — plus a Hypercare week to make sure it sticks. Every week has one clear objective and a daily 15-minute checkpoint.

Discover

We take this time to learn the business and dive into what this project must deliver. The first step is handling initial questions: the basic facts about your company and this project. Second, is our business process review this will cover how you actually work today and how it will work in the new system.

Design

In this phase we decide how each area will work in Acumatica. This phase is highly made up of a functional discovery. This is when we talk area by area (billing, projects, payroll, etc.) to pin down what exactly your system needs.

Deploy

Here is when the system is actually being built. Your team builds in your settings into Acumatica and configure the system. After the system is configured your data is loaded in. Your real starting numbers and open items moved in before go-live day.

Deliver

Finally, we prove readiness and go live on Acumatica. The team is trained and signed off. You're able to start running on Acumatica.

Qualification Criteria

Rapid implementations aren’t the right model for everyone, and we’ll explain that in our first conversation. It works best for construction businesses that are organized, decisive, and ready to move.

YOU ARE A GREAT FIT IT:

  • You want to be live in 60–90 days, not a year out.
  • An executive sponsor is assigned and available.
  • A dedicated project lead can give this real attention.
  • Your team can commit ~20 hours a week in meetings plus homework.
  • You’re willing to adopt standard, out-of-the-box Acumatica rather than heavy customization.
  • Decisions run through a small team, not a committee

TIME YOU COMMIT:

  • ~20 hours/week: 5 hours of meetings + 15 hours of homework
  • Open University: roughly 5-10 hours/per week assigned per role
  • Attend the daily meetings, provide master records; review and sign off on POCs.
